PATHFORGE EDU SI AOS™ User Guide
This guide documents how learners use the live system and where its boundaries are. Guidance explains available functions; it does not promise outcomes, fabricate progress, or bypass publication and governance controls.
1. Home Workspace
Tutor Home is the learner starting point. From here you can open tutoring, subjects, Global Lessons, Global Earth, courses, Study Planner, and My Learning. Status cards show recorded system data only.
Open this area2. Ask Global Tutor
Choose the subject, learning mode, and answer language before sending a question. TutorBot™ is the academic tutoring layer. It can explain, guide, practice, quiz, and support homework without pretending that generated output equals verified mastery.
Open this area3. Subjects
Subject cards route learners into the right tutoring context. The system currently includes Mathematics, Science, Reading & Writing, Languages, History & Social Studies, Technology & Computing, Career & Life Skills, Test & Study Skills, Arts & Creativity, Music, Health & Wellness Education, and Global Knowledge.
Open this area4. Global Lessons
Global Lessons builds structured comparative studies from approved education sources. Retrieved evidence, generated explanations, and citations must remain distinguishable. Curriculum claims are not generalized beyond the country or authority they actually represent.
Open this area5. Global Earth
Global Earth is a satellite-first geographic learning experience. Imagery can differ in age and resolution by region and must not be represented as real-time video. Selected places can be connected to structured learning.
Open this area6. Courses
The learner catalog shows only courses whose publication status is published. Draft, submitted, changes-requested, approved-but-not-published, and archived records stay outside the live learner catalog.
Open this area7. My Learning
My Learning presents enrollments, saved progress, mastery evidence, achievements, and tutoring activity when those records exist. Empty states mean there is no applicable recorded data yet; they do not imply failure.
Open this area8. Voice
Read-aloud uses the browser speech engine inside the Base44 app. Global Tutor ranks compatible voices available on the learner device, supports the selected response language, and provides Read, Pause, Resume, Stop, and Tutor voice controls when supported. Voice availability varies by browser and operating system.
Open this area9. Guidance & Recovery
The persistent Guide button explains the current page and the next reasonable action. First-entry orientation can be dismissed. When a feature is empty, unavailable, or awaiting approval, the system should state that condition directly and offer a valid alternative instead of inventing completion.
Open this areaTroubleshooting sequence
- Confirm you are signed in and have access to the feature.
- Refresh the page if the interface appears stale.
- For voice or location features, confirm browser permissions and device support.
- Use the persistent Guide button to review page-specific instructions.
- If a course or feature is not published or not configured, use the available alternative instead of assuming the system completed that step.
